Gutter Repair Denver

No Job Too Small

We do gutter and downspout repairs of all sizes:

  • Missing downspout extension?

  • Loose downspout?

  • Leaking endcap?

  • Leaking corner?

  • Water pooling near the foundation?

  • Need to reroute a downspout to move water in a different direction?

These are some of the more common gutter repairs we see. Many gutter companies don’t make time in their schedule for small jobs like this — we do!

What are signs that your gutters need repair or replacement?

Some issues with gutter repairs are mostly aesthetic (dents, color fading) while other issues can be much more serious and potentially cause damage to you home. Here are a few problems to look out for:

  • Gutters that are rusted or corroded

  • Gutters that are holding water or overflowing

  • Leaks or drips

  • Missing or loose screws

  • Sagging, dented, bent, or crooked gutters

  • Have flaking or faded paint

  • Have missing or damaged downspouts

  • Improper drainage

Why should you repair or replace your old or damaged gutters?

Neglecting old or damaged gutters can be just as bad if not worse than not having gutters at all. A leaking gutter corner will often run back onto the facia. This can cause issues including facia and siding damage, water damage to your home's foundation, basement flooding, and even structural issues. We can assess your individual situation and give you a free assessment and advice on whether we can properly repair your gutters.

Sometimes it will be more cost-effective to replace your old gutters with new seamless gutters custom fit and installed on site at your home. By repairing or replacing your old or damaged gutters, you not only protect your home's structural integrity but also ensure efficient water management, which can prevent costly repairs down the road.

Hail damage on gutters is often covered by homeonwer’s insurance and can be combined with roof replacement on the same claim.

Does your roof also have hail damage?

If your gutters have visible hail damage, it is highly likely that your roof also has damage and may be covered by your homeowner’s insurance. And while we are not in the roofing business, as construction professionals we do know what signs of damage to look for. While we are on-site looking at your gutters we can assess whether you may have enough damage to get your roof replaced by your insurance. Often a surprisingly small amount of damage to a roof is enough to warrant a full replacement. That’s because small hail marks can lead to a weak spot in the shingle over time and cause future leaks — meaning it’s cheaper for the insurance to replace the roof now than repair major water damage and mold remediation later.

Keep in mind that most insurance companies in Colorado have a one or two-year window from the date of the storm to file a claim, so don’t wait too long.

Do you have gutter hail damage?

If so, there is a good chance your homeowner’s insurance may cover the cost of replacement. We can work with your insurance company to help assess the damage and find out if you are covered.
