Their streamlined design enhances the aesthetic appeal of your home and minimizes maintenance requirements by reducing the potential for clogs, debris, and ice buildup.

Seamless Gutter Thickness

We only install 0.032-thickness aluminum seamless gutters, as opposed to the thinner 0.025 and 0.027 available thicknesses that some competitors use when trying to cut costs. The extra thickness is crucial for the strength needed to withstand the ice and snow loads that we get here in Colorado. We believe 0.032-thickness K-shape aluminum seamless gutters are the absolute best option for almost all residential applications. These are the exact gutters we have on our home and we wouldn’t install anything on your home that we wouldn’t install on our own home!

Benefits of Aluminum Seamless Gutters:

Reduced Leaks:

The most significant advantage of seamless gutters is that they have fewer joints, reducing the chances of leaks. Traditional seamed gutters have seams at every section, which can be prone to leaking over time — especially here in Colorado where the snow melt coming off the roof freezes and thaws over and over, as well as drastic fluctuations in seasonal temperatures that can cause shrinking and expansion from season to season.

Low Maintenance:

Because there are fewer joints and seams, aluminum seamless gutters require less maintenance. There are fewer places for leaves, debris, and ice to accumulate and cause clogs, reducing the risk of blockages and frequency of cleaning. Our seamless gutters are made from aluminum which is naturally corrosion-resistant and does not rust like other metals.

Custom Fit:

Seamless gutters are custom-made to fit the exact dimensions of your home. This reduces the chances of improper installation and ensures a better fit, improving their effectiveness in channeling water away from your property.

What is the difference between 5” and 6” gutters?

We make our aluminum seamless gutters in either 5” or 6”. The primary distinction lies in the width of the trough or channel that collects rainwater. Our 5-inch gutters are a standard choice, suitable for most residential applications. However, the greater width of 6-inch gutters allows for 20% more water capacity than 5” gutters and helps prevent potential overflow during intense rainstorms or heavy snow melt.

There are two main reasons that you may want to consider 6” gutters for your home:

1. A larger roof - with a larger surface area (especially on a taller roof) means that more rainwater will be collected by the gutters during a storm. If the gutter system cannot handle the elevated water flow, it may lead to overflow. 6” gutters can ensure that the gutter system has the capacity to efficiently manage the greater volume of rainwater, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the gutter system.

2. A steeper roof - with the heightened pitch, rainwater moves more rapidly down the roof surface, potentially overwhelming a standard 5-inch gutter and causing overflow during heavy rainfall. Opting for a 6-inch gutter provides a wider channel, accommodating the increased water flow and reducing the risk of overflow.

How do gutters prevent foundation damage to your home?

New gutters protect your home from water damage

Without a properly functioning gutter system, rainwater and snowmelt can accumulate around the base of your home, saturating the soil which causes the soil to expand and contract which causes the foundation to shift and settle. This can result in annoying problems like doors that don’t open and shut properly, and cracks in drywall. It also increases the risk of moisture seeping into the basement foundation walls which can also result in very costly structural issues and compromises to the integrity of your home.

By effectively diverting water away from your foundation, gutters help maintain a stable and dry soil environment, preventing erosion, settling, and the potential for cracks in your foundation. Investing in a quality gutter system is a proactive measure to ensure the long-term stability and structural soundness of your home, saving you from significant repair expenses down the road.
