Upon the successful completion of your project, each customer will be presented upon request with a certificate like the one below with your name, address, and installation date, guaranteeing your project. In the rare event of any issues with your gutters, we pledge to repair or replace them, ensuring your peace of mind. What is covered under our Installation Warranty:
Leaking gutters or downspouts that were installed by Denver Gutter Company.
Loose or improperly functioning gutter guards.
Any other installation defect.
What is not covered under our Installation Warranty:
Damage that occurs from lack of regular cleaning to remove leaves, debris, etc. (This can easily be avoided with our gutter guards or annual cleanings).
Gutter damage due to rotting or damaged facia or siding.
Damage that occurs from extreme weather, falling trees, etc.
Damage that occurs from other contractors (roofing, siding, painting, etc).
The warranty is void if the gutters have been removed, adjusted, or modified in any way by anyone other than Denver Gutter Company.
Gutter repairs made to existing gutters that were not installed by Denver Gutter Company.
